We seek to build trusting relationships through regular open and honest dialogue, responding flexibly if things change during the process. Agreed objectives and measures are put in place for each intervention, with regular evaluation that is not simply left until the end. Learning

Learning lies at the heart of what we do. We’re not interested in “teaching people to do”, we’re about helping others to learn so that they can continue to develop and grow themselves, their teams and their businesses for the long term. Learning inevitably comes with a degree of discomfort and we help people deal with this in a safely facilitated manner.

We’re committed to our own Continuous Professional Development and keep up with developments in the industry as well as taking Coaching Supervision.

Professional Integrity

NorthRidge is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council which exists to promote ethical practice and achieve ongoing developments in the profession. We respect professional boundaries and know our own strengths and limitations. The nature of our work is often highly personal and confidential, and sometimes requires courage in delivering difficult messages. This will always be done in service of the client with respect and authenticity.
